XPS LED Program + WMP Plugin - Page 4

How hard would it be to make the WMP plugin where you can change the visualization while still having the lights flashing. And maybe also, would it be hard to make it where you can change the color that it flashes (like instead of it flashing blue on One Colour, you had the ability to change it to flash any of the colors)?

Thanks, and i'm sorry for asking for so much

This is a feature I would like as well. I asked qualar about it when he first made the app but he told me it would take him a lot of time to add such a feature.

That being said i'm definatly happy with the app that he has made and have no complaints with what he has done (all of it for free mind you). Keep up the great work qualar.

I have included the source code for the Windows Media Player Plugin, so if you want to add features to it, you can do that Danny. I will continue to develop the main app but the media player plugin is in c++ which i dont enjoy the same.

Because the flashing led code is mixed in with the visualisation code of wmp plugin. Because this code doesnt get executed when wmp is minimised the LEDs dont flash.

Downloaded, works great, love it. Would it be possible to add a third color? I would really like to be able to have them flash between 3 colors instead of just 2.

Thanks. Nice piece of work.

Hi Qualar,

I'm afraid the LCD dimmer doesn't work at all on my system. I tried it with en without AC power, but nothing happens.

BTW. I love the landscape version most. It seems better organized than the portrait version.

Hi Qualar,

Dimmer works fine now! Great job!

Some feature request (like you don't have enough already )
1) It would be nice if the form was dragable.
2) It would be nice if the screen also fades back on instead of instant

And a little bug also...
I turned on and off the cycle effect a few times and sometimes (this are the best bugs ) the form freezes for a while and than you can see everything refreshing and after a few seconds everything is back to normal.

But then again. I really like the work you did!

I'm using your dimmer program on my 9300 and it's GREAT! It doesn't seem to work when on battery, though. It works fine when plugged in.

And I just returned from a 3-week hiatus in Linux. I'd like to DL these if you can prepost them.

...And if you post it again Qualar... could you post an updated version which enables you to drag the "window"?
Or is this a lot extra work?

Because now, because of resolution switching by games no doubt, it's no longer centered and squished in the right lower corner of my screen!
