im really sorry to ask this because i know its most likely been asked.
can someone give me the number for the xps2 special support? i cant find the number for the life of me.

can someone plz get me this number? i wanna call dell and get my videocard replaced...these restarts are driving me nuts!

Just try calling their normal tech support number in your manual.

or someone can post the number here because like i had stated before i cant find the number...i cant find my manual...so it wouldve been easier for someone to just post the number -.-

Why not simply call normal tech support and ask them. Or better yet call Customer Service and ask there. Since you are entitled to that service Dell should be able to tell you. Sorry I cant help as I have a 9300 so I dant have the number. A single call to Dell's CS number should get it for you though. You'd have likely been able to have the number the same day you posted here. Good luck!

I wish they'd give out the XPS number with the machine. When I call them I end up speaking with all sorts of random people, server group, mobile devices group, etc, and all indian, and all clueless.

They all try to be helpful, and they all get really stressed when they look me up and see that I am supposed to be getting "XPS Service". I don't care, I just want to talk to someone about my issue (example: getting the rest of the app disks needed for a reinstall). I'm really patient but I'd sure rather just call the xps support directly.

The only time I've actually spoken with xps support was when they called me after 3 weeks to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Very competent, enthusiastic and intelligent person, and I've got respect for that because I think their job must be hell.

I've been very surprised at how good dell is. I got a great machine at a great price (~$2000 with 4 year complete care, minimum ram). No regrets at all buying my box, more than meets my needs (except I need a faster hard drive). I'm pretty happy to have paid more for the xps, its teen-age gamer looks really stand out at meetings.

wow...a dell tech is gonna call me on friday at noon to see when he can come over to my house. they are going to replace the videocard, GPU heatsink, CPU heatsink+fan, and theyll even put AS5 on it if i supply it. ill be in hog heaven if this goes over smoothly
