Sager NP5320, NP5710, and NP5720 TV-Tuner Availability update.
Sager regrets to announce that due to issues of the manufacturer of the optional digital/analog dual mode TV-tuner module for models NP5320, NP5710, and NP5720, the digital function of that tuner will not operate in North America, Japan or South Korea. The analog function of the tuner functions in all markets (including North America, Japan, and South Korea) and the digital function is fully operational in Europe and other parts of Asia. Sager will allow users who preordered for this option to remove that option and the associated cost if they elect to do so.
If we do not receive a notice from users who preordered the TV-tuner option within 3 days of this notice, we will proceed with the order as given. So, if you wish to remove that option please respond before that deadline.
