thanks for the reminder doc, i installed them, and wow nice difference. My 5720 beats my 3.0ghz desktop with a 256mb 6600! I run the same settings as you with the computer on maximum settings. I'm really diggin this 7800gtx. As well the 2gb of ram, so man applications opened lol.

As For the DJ Questions: 1 volume works all the time, and i have found that on windows media and the win dvd the controls work in windows, i thought i had read that they didn't work unless the computer was off, but mine work all the time. As for the mp3 CD's i donno i'll burn one tonight because i need to get my music on this bad boy and i'll let you guys know in a little while.

have not tried the new drivers yet....been kinda busy

couple updates-- the 5720 plays mp3 CD's while in DJ mode, however it only plays like 250 of them, i tried this on a DVD that had music and data on it.

2. For anyone that has the 5720- check out half-life 2: lost coast i played it today and even tho it's basically just a demonstration, i played it on 1920X1200 res(same as our screen ) on MAX settings and it looks absolutely gorgeous, i've seen HDR demonstration videos but it does not do it justice until you have seen it yourself, guys ( and maybe gals) check out lost coast, even just to really see how badass our video card is
