RMA Question for Sager

Recently I sent my 9860 back to Sager because it refused to post. This is most likely my fault for not paying attention to the wierd sounds it was making the night before. I think a hair may have been sucked up into the CPU fan and caused an overheating issue. This I am just guessing on but the fans were sounding very screwy the night before then it wouldnt post so I think that may be the problem.

What I was wondering was this. How long does it take for you to hear back from sager and what type of correspondance should I expect? They recieved it 2 days ago and I never recieved a confermation that they actually did but UPS is telling me they did get it. Do they ever notify you on the status or do they just ship it back when it is done? Any info will be helpfull here guys since I do feel like I am in the Dark on this one.

send e-mail to tech.
did you recieved email that tech sent you with rma number?
reply that email and ask them whats going on.
they replyed me back in few hours.
they responed everything i asked...

actually I did do that right before I posted here, and Yes they did respond quite promptly. I have thanked them and I than you for you responce. As it turns out they had to replace my motherboard. I am now wondering if its a new one that I could just purchase the 7800 gtx or is it one of the refurbished ones they had from all the buy outs of motherboards from the 7800 upgrade?
