5680 ATI Driver Problem

I've installed the new ATI drivers for my 5680, and same as the omega drivers did it locks up on a Video/DVD playback. Does anyone know a fix? Do I need a bios update? I'd rather not revert back to sager's old drivers if I have to.

I believe there is a bios update that fixes this issue, at least with the omegas. The video playback locks up right? If so, then look athttp://www.notebookforums.com/showth...video+playback

You can read what's been going on, and even though lots of people requested it by email, somewhere there is a link that a person is hostingin that thread. I think Colin Dean is hosting it.

I emailed sager tech support, and within a couple hours, they sent the bios update my way, and sure enough, it worked great. Thanks for the tip!
