Hi, I am a graphics designer, but have a limited knowlege in hardware. I have £1200 to spend and I am looking for a good laptop, that will be mostly used for Graphics work (and other normal day to day things).

I'd like a powerful laptop in the range of £1200. I'd like it to have CD-r/rw DVD-r/rw, good graphics card, fast and would love a 17" screen.

I really love the Acer laptops, I've already got one Acer - Aspire 1680 and absolutelly love it, wouldn't mind getting another one.

Could anyone please recomend me a decent machine for Graphic Design use please?

Also, what do you think of Advent
