I ordered my M140 last Tuesday, and it shipped one week later (today). It also sat in the boxing stage for awhile...

prostreetcamaro, did you order a remote control or something unsual? if so maybe that is the delay.

I ordered 9300 with remote control on 11/25/05 just before midnight and the status is stuck on boxing for a couple of days now. My printer is still in pre-production.

Ugh, think I need to stop reading this thread, getting jealous of all you people receiving shipments so fast! Been through some problems with Dell the last week...

Ordered a i9300 on the 15th, it shipped on the 20th...yay right? Well by the 25th there was still no tracking information so I decided to chat with customer service to see what was up. Her response? "I will go ahead and send the order again as the carrier does not have the order." I'm guessing it just got lost somehow or the carrier (UPS?) just didn't pick it up? Blah, whatever...

Did manage to get upgraded to 'next day delivery' because of the ordeal, as well as the customer rep saying she would 'expedite' the new order so it was processed quickly...but I have my doubts that actually helped any.

So, fast forward to today...my new order is in the boxing stage with a delivery estimate of Dec. 6th. Seems like an eternity of a wait! I suppose, however, it doesn't help that I've become a compulsive checker of my "Order Status" on dell.com.

Your not the only one. My damn order had been on the truck on its way to my house since 7:55Am and darn it iv been checking like crazy. I also have a printer that dell just seems to really want to hold for no reason (they rescheduled my delievery sheesh, darn thing has been in boxing for two days now). Oh well

Well I just got off the phone with Dell and Dell financial. They placed mine on hold because dell financial wanted to verify something with me. I called dell financial and they told me everything was fine with the order and it shouldnt have been placed on hold. Now dells system went down and they can not help anybody right this second till it comes back up. I am really starting to get pissed off with Dell. I am going to see how much discounts or free stuff I can ring out of them tomorrow when I call them back and chew them out. The first girl was very nice and actually kinda flirty with me because she had a camaro too. I found the flirting kind of odd.

Mine took 2 weeks to arrive in belgium, including 2 weekends.

The biggest problem was the payment. I ordered on a tuesday, and only received payment-instructions wednesday 8 days later. They had better sent an e-mail i think.
So i got payment instructions wednesday, i payed Thursday and Saturday he was on his way to Belgium. I received him yesterday, 2 weeks after the order... It's a beautifull machine :-)

This is the same thing that happened to me. I applied for the 18 months no interest financing, gave them all the info on the website, and even got a confirmation email that said I was approved. Then I get an email a week later stating that I need to call dell financing and provide more info. When I did calll them, I provided the same info I gave them on the website.

What irritates me is why did Dell Financing wait a week to notify me that they needed more info. So my order that was placed on 11-21-05 is now finally in production.

Don't feel bad, my order has been in "testing" for 2 days already. I hope that I don't have to wait another 2 days for boxing.
