Ugh, think I need to stop reading this thread, getting jealous of all you people receiving shipments so fast! Been through some problems with Dell the last week...
Ordered a i9300 on the 15th, it shipped on the 20th...yay right? Well by the 25th there was still no tracking information so I decided to chat with customer service to see what was up. Her response? "I will go ahead and send the order again as the carrier does not have the order." I'm guessing it just got lost somehow or the carrier (UPS?) just didn't pick it up? Blah, whatever...
Did manage to get upgraded to 'next day delivery' because of the ordeal, as well as the customer rep saying she would 'expedite' the new order so it was processed quickly...but I have my doubts that actually helped any.
So, fast forward to today...my new order is in the boxing stage with a delivery estimate of Dec. 6th.

Seems like an eternity of a wait! I suppose, however, it doesn't help that I've become a compulsive checker of my "Order Status" on dell.com.
