7800 delayed again!!!! - Page 3

hammermd are you sure that wasn't your installation order that was "In Production", as everyone else's installation order was in production since day one as well. The card itself just recently went "In Production" for many of us, which is GOOD reason to get our hopes up, as it means these things are actually moving now.

i have a feeling they re going to ship ..... I think dell will honor our orders.. that theory I saw here that said that dell will keep on delaying it until we cancel and order at the "right price" is bs...... think about it... some of us got our laptops at 40% off....... thats like 1000$ off.... I dont think dell is about to scrimp on a couple of bucks..... 599-390 (shipped)

If you don't belive me ask my clan that I hang out with all the time on ventirllo. http://www.teamwarfare.com/viewteam....m=Censor+Nazis I'll let you know when I get my 7800 as Dell assures me that I'll get it before Thanksgiving as I have to go home for the Holidays. And that it will definately be shipped out by this Friday. Plus they gave me 100 dollars off so my total price was 430 dollars with Tax and shipping. But nevertheless Somm I'll be sure to send you a private message and email about when I get my card so you can enjoy my misfortune somemore, you sick saddist I'm about ready to screw returning the 6800 Ultra card back to dell and just shove it up your ass so you start puking out 16 pipelines.

Wow there must be a lot of sick sadists around here because I thought it was pretty funny too... even though I felt sorry for you. I'm not sure I do any longer though

WHat makes you think I want your Pitty? If you want the truth I just came to these forums to get info for my laptop. But seeing how I've become the laughing stock for alot of you people, I think I'll just leave the forums once I install the cardI could care less what you think or what the other guy thinks. I'm here to learn more about the i9300 as no one else around me has it, I think we all come here to take and give afterall it's what forums are about. I'm not even telling you to stop laughing at me, but I'm saying that if you laugh at me you can also bite me

wow...i ordered on the 7th. They never require you to contact to consent, only to cancel....that's strange. Call and tell them that everyone at notebookforums.com said to give you your dang card now!

Another In-transit !!!!!

I just got my tracking number and it's on the Purolator truck on it's way to my office as we speak. How the heck am I supposed to concentrate on work with this sweet ass card sitting on my desk begging to be installed? Dell underpromises and overdelivers yet once again!
I'd install it at work, as long as you look like you're working on something they won't bother you Just tell 'em that you're cleaning out your laptop, which you prolly will do when you install that card. I've opened up my laptop 3 times in the last 7 days, and I've actually noticed that either I move around too much or this laptop's fans are sucking in dust and dirty stuff.
Actually, I saw that on another thread that once you open up your laptop it's a good idea to get a can of compressed air and blow out all the crap that's gummed up in there. I'll go grab one tonight I think. Card should be here any minute
post #59 of 81
Yeah clear out those fans WoW did they get dirty, I was just careful and physically blew at the fans out in the direction of the exit vents, staying clear of the actual motherboard.

Just checked again. I got an email saying my card is delayed til the 23rd, and an email saying it shipped and will be here 2morrow.

Guess I`ll know for sure 2morrow.
