Cancel! Duh! Not only can you cancel at any time, but if you ordered so recently then nothing would have even been done yet about your order.

2048 MB - come to momma...
Anyone want to buy a couple of slightly used 512MB memory sticks .

Looks like next year is gonna be pimp out time for my 8890:
8890-EE + 2GB + 4x Dual format DVD burner + 2 x 80GB 7200 RPM RAID 0 + Logitech Z-680s + vmware + + + +

Yeah momma - biggest and badest ass 8890-V on the planet Go baby.

Now all I need is the stock market to go the right way for me to afford it all.

Thanks for the update Adam .

Just call or email your reseller. They should be able to change your order if you would like...not really a big deal.

I would have considered upgrading to the EE but $600 is a little too much. Ive noticed the upgrade price(over regular 3.2) to be around 350 in desktops so Im curious why it's so much more in this instance.

a 8890 with P4EE 3.2 Ghz and 2mb RAM is 1100 bucks more expensive than a 8890 with P4 3.2 GHZ and 1mb RAM.

Is it really worth the $1100 extra?

Cheers.

For those whose work involves number crunching and requires gobs of memory (like mine in both cases) $1100 whilst expensive can be justified. I only need a single good trade in a week to justify it even in Australian dollars (which are going great guns right now - every 1 cent gain means $100 difference in prices).
