Even though i have not even received my laptop yet, im satisfied 100% so far. I order my 5720 monday morning (11-14), and all ready TODAY i received an email with a tracking number saying that it had ascheduled delivery date of Nov 16. Which is..umm...let me see..TOMORROW!!!!!!!

Anyways a big thanks to Luke and the ppl at PC torque for making this so easy and hassle-free.

Anyone else with good service stories?
