the remote will shut off your computer, i think you can choose what it does, i just havnt messed with it yet

The article details the windows XP MCE and has a photo of the cyberlink remote and some great screen caps. mentions that the remote can control photos, music, videos but dosent mention other applications.

oh, i havent messed with it too much yet, i just know i hit the power button once and it turned off, or maybe went on stand by, i dont remember captan

I wish Dell would develop a program to change button assignments on the Dell media remote. Now THAT would be great. I'm sure their "remote" orders will rise.

Open all hailing frequencies to DELL..
