removing the plug on a usb device will return an error when you turn the PC back on.
ive done this exact thing.
basically what happens is when the whole state of the computer is written to the HD when you hibernate it. once you turn the power back on, ,the computer doesnt know its not there...and an error pops up...
its just a beep error, you can hit ok, and be fine.
Thank you. Just prooves my point, a software error. The difference here is that Windows detected it and corrected it easily.
