What is the difference in the T series? - Page 2

Just to throw a wrench into things here... currently I'm torn between these 2:

A Sony TX90:

Or a Sony TX670:

Aside from the negligeable price difference, they both look the same to me. Which one is better? I want the best, and so far I haven't found anything even close to these 2.

They're the same model, one inside the US and one outside. I'd imagine the TX90 might use a British keyboard, not sure on that though. Regardless, the TX670 costs less and is definitely the US version, so it's a no brainer.

So there's basically no difference, huh? Thanks. Now there's no reason not to go with a TX670, which I'm going to be buying in January (hopefully their prices will fall somewhat because of the introduction of Yonah etc.).

Thanks for the links, seems the fan problem is fine so I'll probably go for it...the last step is justifying this laptop is absolutely necessary

Trust me, it's worth it (just for the LED LCD alone).

Anybody think one of these would look badass if the entire thing were chrome painted?

Indeed, but then you'd need to hire a bodyguard or two to protect this thing for you... The TX690 has a semi-translucent body though, but it's only available through SonyStyle, and I live in the Caribbean...

Well, that's my TX ordered - have to wait five days for it though
