EU tech support

anyone here that know if the EU tech support is open on sundays?
i tried to call them on several occasions today, and the only answer i get is that they are unable to answer my call now. it says 24/7 on their website. hummm... humm...

I made the same experience a week before, german support was unavailable for three days and englisch was only available after hours of waiting...but everything seems to be worse at alienware europe

I tried once on a Sunday, too. No answer, no call-back either.
