hello. i own a sager np3880 and i am troubleshooting about the usb port on the right side of the machine. when i try to plug in my dell usb optical mouse into it, windows pops up a message saying "usb device is not recognized." the usb port used to work before but now it shows this message everytime i plug the mouse in and cannot work. this is the same when i plug in my usb keyboard into that port. the two other usb ports on the left side of the system work normally. please help. thank you.
