my laptop has not been working for aprox 2.5months. it spent 2 months in repairs at the alienware depot and it was sent back broken. Now all alienware is doing is sending me replacement parts, but everything seems to be failing. Alienware sent it underperforming by an extreme amount so they attempted to help step through everything to see what was wrong with the laptop RIGHT after repairs. Then 2 days later the lcd refuses to turn on. Alienware is refusing to extend my warranty for the 2 months it was in for repairs, then when im talking to customer service they say that my laptop doesnt have to work like it is supposed to, as long as it turns on that is good enough. So even though it is lacking in performance by alot they can still say it is ok. What the heck should i do, ive got no idea how to approach this situation. I have already been contacted by alienware people on this forum and i am getting no help on the actual alienware forums
