Hi,
Got my hands on an XBox360, the premium package with the HDD and the wireless controllers. They are pretty much sold out every where I checked and I'm pretty sure its the same situation in most places around the country.

Would be willing to part with it for $899. Very willing to do escrow. Will not ship first under any circumstance so please do not ask. I don't care if you have a gazillion favorable heat evals and/or Ebay evals.

Escrow is the only alternative other than paying first (ofcourse you get your hands much quicker on this baby if you pay first, Escrow is excruciatingly sloooow) .

I'm guessing I won't get that many offers here since this is primarily a pc gamers convent and most of you either have or are shopping for lappies that are ten times more powerful than this Xbox but it doesn't hurt to post anyway.

The prices on ebay are much higher. I would wait before Christmas time before selling though.

Yeah, you're right I saw many already SOLD on Ebay for $1000 and over, so I though what the heck.

You might have a point there about waiting for Christmas but I'm afraid MS might ramp up production or people will lose interest in them. Its a very capable machine and for its size it is pretty good but quite frankly I'm not that impressed.

I'm really considering this when I get my 360 in the UK (hopefully Dec 2nd - UK release date), Getting one later, and wacking the rest in to my 2405 fund.

Stick it on ebay.

I'd do it but I'm deathly scared of the fu@kin Nigerians scammers and their affinity to the 'Buy It Now' listings. I'll end up getting stuck with the listing fees because technically it was sold.

Disclaimer : I hold no ill will against any african citizens or any african country, just the Ebay/411 scammers that for some reason happen to reside mainly in Nigeria or at least are always asking to ship to Nigeria.

I think that was the auction I saw. I'm considering my XBOX 360 and getting a new one later, especially if it affords me a new 42" HDTV lol. It's crazy how much some people will pay.
