I have no idea what's new, but I saw these last night.

nVidia Forceware 81.94 drivers for GeForce Go 7800 GTX.

yes its the newest driver fo go 7800 gtx with WHQL Certified you should install it

I have read the "Driver Installation Hints Document", but in the past I've always deleted the driver through Device Manager with ATI. What is the best way to uninstall the old driver and install this new driver?

there are programes such as DCpro driver clean pro. It can remove everything that hasw to do with nvidia. I had a slight problem with it that wen i remove everything that has to do with nvidia i can't install a new driver hehe..it's like sager has kind of special file or something for the driver to work porperly and that is removed with dcpro, maybe. I had tried it twice and i ended up reinstalling 77.77 stock drivers and then just putting update on the display in device manager (or by just installing the tweaked driver).
