yup.. i had to call dell for one of my other dell lappies, i musta visited at least 2 other continents before i was done.
granted, the guy was trying so hard to help me help him understand that i need a new battery. it took about 30 minutes of wait and 10 minutes of me trying to tell the poor guy: "hi, my battery died, it can't hold a charge, can you get me a replacement?"
thankfully this guy didn't ask me to reboot my laptops like the last guy.

Mine is still showing boxing. I called Dell today to try and add the complete care package to it, I thought I had it on there but forgot. Holy phone hell Batman! I was transfered all over the world, all day and still no help. I finally emailed our companies sales rep., and she told me to email the service tag to her when it arrives and she will take care of it. God help the common man trying to buy something from Dell.
