hey did you guys see the deal on the ultra-sharp 2005fpw for $334 with the 25% off and extra $100 off coupon. This is the cheapest i ever saw it and would definitely jump on it.

prostreet, I'm also stuck in the boxing phase. I guess this means they bluffed building a bunch of them and plan to cancel our orders! =( jk =)

mobile, I have the Targas Black w/ Gray Accent Deluxe Case that the you find at BestBuy... it holds 15.4" and 17" widescreen laptops just perfect! If you have a 15.4" the adjustable strap makes it so you have just the right about of room for your powerbrick in there with the lappy. But no brick space with a 17". Hope that helps.

hehe you think your spoiled by the 2005fpw try the 24 incher. This monitor is awesome, in fact i like it so much that im thinking of upgrading all my other pcs with it.

Well Duh... of course I want to try the 2405FPW!!! Just to see what 1920x1080 should look like on a big enough screen to support it. (I really don't think 1920x1080 is good for a small 17" widescreen... make it a pain to read that small print while sitting back)

Vermon.... I believe the 200$ off coupon still stacks with the 500$ off automatic discount if you configure a system over 1999$ in the EPP store. So you'll pay 150$ more than we did... but you'll still get a better deal than just that 750$ off coupon.

Select the Silver package and don't forget to remove that stupid Photo Editing package. And be prepared to watch your order sit in "Boxing" for days until they make you cry! ='(

with taxes and shipping 1,73 mhz 512 ram 60gb 7200prm drive, gf 6800, true life lcd, 9cell battery and dvd-rw is now at 1411 $ ... it isnt as good deal as it was with 30% off ( now 500$ + 200$ + 12% off ).

guys, if i select 512 ram as my option when building the dell.. does that mean it's 2x 256 sticks or 1x 512?

what about if i select 1gb. 2x 512s or 1x 1gbs?

deus, it says right next to each memory option what the config is. The 1gig and 2gig configs are utilizing 2 sticks, can't remember the 512 off the top of my head though.

Vermon, the difference of my config was 1gig, non-true life, cdrw, and 2200/bluetooth wireless. And my total cost out the door was 1298$. You've got about 100$ more in options than me. So you're not that far behind in price. Still a damn good deal. (And glad for you I was right about the extra 200$ off coupon) =)~

EDIT: At the time of the post of my system shipping the printer wasn't shipped. Now that i check back again, the printer is shipped as well
