So who's got the new Logitech G15 gaming keyboard?

Just got mine last night (or rather, first time I've been home since I ordered it and sent it to my parent's house).

It rocks. Hard. I mean, 18 macro keys, with 3 settings for each key (m1,m2,m3). Quick macro creation. Backlit keys. LCD panel that's programmable with C++ (meaning basically infinite possibilities).

If you don't have one, go get one. lol

damn, thing looks sweet. I would love to buy one, but tbh, i dont see the point of myself gettin a keyboard as sweet as that.

Ive got an insane propensity to kill keyboards for some reason, I dunno how ???

That's what broke my remote-control.

Slo-mo

Frame-by-frame

x2 x6 x12 x16 time-speed.

You know I'm kidding right?

Right?

Actually I wanted to buy that keyboard since the Logitech released it. But then I found out of that OLED keyboard and decided to wait for it. Since you already bought one, could you write a review? like, what you like and what you don't like with that keyboard.

I can't decide between Logitech G15 Keyboard and Optimus Keyboard.

Yeah that Optimus keyboard does look pretty sweet.

I like the optimus, and the Saitek Red, and the Logitech

Thrill

How is the customising ability, is it easy to do the macro's? How functional is the display?

The display is awesome. But it's up to the users to get game makers to add more functionality to it. However, there are people out there that do some programming to add apps to it. See here --> http://www.g15forums.com/

Macro creation is simple. The only problem I have with it is you can't edit the macros very easily (like if you made a typo and forgot an 'e' or something like that). You can insert delays in a range of 0.001 seconds to basically infinity (longer than you'll ever need, in any case).
There's also quick macro creation. On the keyboard is a key that says MR. You hit this key, then one of then G keys and it's record the macro. You can configure it to either record the delays or not.

It's about the same size, but a little wider. Compared to my Logitech Elite keyboard (my old one), it's about 3 inches wider. So, not bad.
