Anyone recommend a few good websites? I tried searching, but it's not working right now, and I really want to get my hands on a copy of Battlefield 2!! I saw some people playing that at my local lan center, and all I can say is WOW does that game look sweet.

You don't want to download this game, it's literally 8 gigs after you put on Special Forces, and the patches upon patches that comes out for it all.

I was thinking more along the lines of a website that would ship the box to me. I don't really like downloading games online. HL2 was a killer game, but the download was ridiculous.

You can get it at Amazon.com, EBgames.com, even EAgames.com but I would try to get the DVD version if at all possible, or wait. I would try waiting to pick up a bundle with Special Forces and BF2 it can't be too long till that comes out. Btw, I know CompUsa was selling BF2 for 30 dollars and COD 2 at Best Buy was only 25 dollars, so look around.

Special Forces is a really hard game though, I don't encourage any beginers to play this game, as you're just going to hate it. PLaying at night is pretty tough especially when you're trying to learn the game. I would actually say play the orginal and get good at it, and understand how the game works. This mean know how to avoid getting shot where bullets are coming from and where you're getting shot from, learn the system the classes, and the advantages of differnt things. The orginal BF2 is already hard to begin with for beginners and, I can't imagine Special Forces being any easier. If you jump into Special FOrces too early as a beginner you're just going to hate it. No one likes to die OVer and Over and Over and Over again.

Best site hands down is www.gogamer.com. New releases are always on sale, and older games get cheap real quick.

Quake 4 DVD is on sale for 32.90 right now, FEAR isnt on sale anymore but its 37$ for CDrom / 42$ DVDrom. The best time to buy games here is when they first come out as they are almost always on sale.

GoGamer is usually the best place to order games online but i sometimes pick up a game now and then from Amazon. eBay is another good place to watch. Alot of times you can get a good price on one and their usually being sold as NIB so they havn't been opened. I helped a guy find a copy of BF2 the other night on eBay for like $37 shipped.

I've had great experiences with www.gamestop.com and www.ebgames.com over the years. I probably use gamestop more than ebgames, but probably only because I started with gamestop first. Overall, they get the games to me incredibly fast. I usually have it delivered before it's in any of the local stores if I get overnight delivery. Excellent service and shipping.

I also recommend www.gogamer.com. Thats where i bought BF2 from and it got here pretty quick. I'm not sure if i'm gonna get special forces or not though. I haven't played BF2 in a while so i dunno if i wanna drop another $30-40 on the expansion.

The best place online that i have found is www.play.com I buy quite a few games and dvd's here. Bearshare and bittorrent are only used for music!

Another rec for gogamer.com

Additionally, online sellers (including gogamer) usually post on amazon.com to further their sales. I've gotten HL2 God for $40 and WC3 boxed set for $27 of amazon.
