Hello all.
I bought my Clevo 470k to a Portuguese vendor. They say it is in Clevo to be serviced (mainboard problem) but it's there since begining August.
August a month that vendor said the "factory" was mainly closed . In September 16 i answered back a question and told the main board was to be replaced and not to be fixed after issues with guarantee. Since then i have got not any feedback, they just say they didnt got any answers from Clevo.
So i am wondering is Clevo so bad or the vendor is telling me BS? (pardon the expression)
So i am requesting some contact to Clevo to try to find if vendor is in some dirty game and to check what is going on.
I have got until now very good service by Taiwanese companies with cheap hardware . For a 1500€ Notebook i was expecting much much more...
