pent m 2.13
2gb 533
7800gtx 81.94 425/1200
latest drivers accross all h/w + all win updates installed

no probs installing, took ages for me to figure out how to get it started, ended up using a dvd image (mines the 4cd version) + sd4hider + alcohol 120% to get it to start but once it goes it never stops and doesnt crash so im ok with it i suppose. Poor f*****g choice of cd protection tho imho

ps i think its the standard version as theres no mention of black edition anywhere on it unless im missing something

As far as i know, there's only 1 PC version, and it is the black version. There's also is no "official" dvd release of this game either (don't know why there isn't, but whoever made that decision should be kicked in the balls). Also, just use anti-blaxx and alcohol 120%, works perfectly

lol, same here. Works PERFECT, wonderful great looking game. Burned it for a friend and no problems either. Crank everything up, ohh yeaa, but needs widescreen support.

I have version 1.2 of the game (Europe) and it runs fine on my desktop.
Maybe you have an earlier american version? I don't know if there is a patch.
But haven't tested it on a laptop (yet)!
