I'm posting this just as a warning ...
I don't believe the problem had anything to do with Sager or the laptop; it's something that can happen to anyone at anytime.
I had a errant reboot, and upon trying to boot the computer, even with safe mode, it would continually recycle never booting up.
Discovering that this was a bsod ntfs error 0x00000024 and having no emergency boot disk to run chkdsk /f (not even sure that would work), my only hope was to restore from a full disk image (I use Acronis for this).
As it takes me only 6 - 8 minutes to do a full image, I do this EVERY NIGHT as my full system back up to a USB drive.
The full restore worked.
SO ... the moral of the story ... have some sort of FULL IMAGE of your hard drive that you can easily back up every day!!
