did you completely uninstall the original drivers, reboot and then install the new drivers? that is the correct way to install drivers. don't just install on top of the existing ones. this goes for anytime you update any drivers, especially video drivers. I know you probably know this but I wanted to go ahead and post this in case theirs anyone out here who didn't.

I'm glad I alread got a copy then because it has done nothing but COOL my laptop. but I don't go messing with anything accept setting all fans to 100% while gaming so that's only going to cool it down and not heat it up. If anybody needs it PM me and I'll email you a copy.

I removed the tool, cause it seems to be the propriety of clevo, what i ignored.

I won't share the file anymore and won't send it via email or other, so plz don't msg me regarding this tool.

You can not be sure this tool is by Clevo. Is there any clue or evidence in this software ? There is no company entry and it could be programmed by anyone. So it could be just a lie that this is from clevo, just to make us frightened. It is said in this single post

This is a joke, isn´t it ??? It must be very difficult to find out if this program was used, noone will scan all harddisks for deleted files to find this, and even if it is found, what is the evidence, it was used ?

There is absolutely no official statement from Clevo to this tool and even if there was, noone can be sure that they tell us the truth.

I mean, get this: They all sell us DEFECT notebooks with wiggling, chirping or noisy fans. Many of us see a problem, but nothing is done. Half a year passed by but noone cared about this problem. Some said they are too stupid. I still think they are. So if this really would be leaked from Clevo, why these "damnded smart" software developers were not able to make a simple BIOS update letting the fans spin up correctly when entering AC2 Trip ??

I mean, just think about it one moment.

have you also got any drivers for the 3-in-1 built in media card reader?
or is it included in any of the other downloads?

would be gr8 to know!!!

btw. where do i know, which driver-version i am currently using?

can anyone tell me exactly what utility and how to use it to monitor the nVidia GPU temps? so far I have only found one app, Gethermal. People say all these other apps but it never works for me for some reason. those utils only show the CPU temp.

Just wish I could make it NOT control the speeds, also, that little program hogs 27 MB's!!!!!! so I probably won't be using it much anymore.

This is the original driver from ati, just modded to let it install on 7700.

Which one did u have before ?

happened with me 2 i was using the omegas and the modded notebookones but the only ones that really worked for me where original from AW

Theres a new ati driver 5.5 that fix 3d mark and some other probs, i'll post it at the end of the day and hope it'll fix your probs.

the Omega driver really suck bad. I've been able to use all the different modded ones with my go6800 but the best results without tweaking (for me) came from http://www.laptopvideo2go.com . But I haven't had a problem running any of j.clausses drivers.
