....well here we go again. I thought it won't crash anyore but it looks like there is something wrong. That "disable restart on crash" option that one of you guys told me about helped alot this time. I had the chance to write down all the error message that was reported on the crash here it is any help would be greatly appreciated:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down for preventing damage to your computer. If this is the first time Resart your computer. If it happened again then check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the STOP message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart and select safe mode.
Technecal Information:

Might be memory. it looks like memory problem to me.

Download memtest86 and run it on each memory module independently. http://www.memtest86.com/#download0

Burn the iso you find at the above url and you'll have a cd that autoboots and runs a diagnostic against the installed memory. Just remember to make sure only one module is installed in your machine for a test. Otherwise you will not be sure which module is bad if you do receive errors.

My new 5720 had a bad module and is currently being cross shipped so your not alone

Good Luck!!

Thats deffenetly a memory error. My old desktop is getting that exact same error all the time. Maybe you should get Sager to replace your memory?

thx, yea that was the last thing I wanted to hear about my Laptop, it crashed the first week I got it, and then every week from then it used to crash and thats how it is dragged to this point, Laptops soemtimes come with defective items even though all parts were brought form their original boxes, I guess it is bad luck and it sux bad bad damn I gotta put more money now shipping it back, Canada - California (14 pounds),

If you test the memory and find a module to be bad then they will cross ship just the memory to you. That's what I had to do. That's a much better alternative than shipping the entire laptop.

If your uncomfortable taking out the memory, I guess that's a different story.

ATI Video Drivers

HI,

I'm little suspicious of the "ATI" video card drivers that you’re using. I did a fresh OS install recently on a P4 desktop with an NVIDIA Video Card. I went to Windows Update and updated all the drivers (including video card drivers). Upon reboot, I kept getting a blue screen of death message over and over again similiar to the one you are getting.

I was able to boot back into windows on the boot menu by using the option "last known good configuration" I uninstalled the Windows Update NVIDIA drivers and installed the latest drivers. This seemed to work. If you’re using the latest drivers, try reverting back to the video drivers that came with the unit. Try disabling, any of the control panel or services that ATI uses in Windows. Also, if that doesn't work try one by one restoring your system drivers until you get it to work.

What also makes me suspicious of the ATI Video Card Drivers is that the new "XBOX 360" has an ATI card in it, and upon release there have been several reports of crashes with error messages.

Thanks,

AC
