Why is the M140 an XPS model and the 6000 an Inspiron model?

Just curious, does Dell think there is something special about a 14" notebook that made it decide that the M140 should be under the "high end" XPS name?

I guess dell just wants to expand the number of computers under the title "xps" hoping to increase sales. It's all just a money-making strategy, really.

xps doesnt mean HIGH END. i have a "XPS tower 450mhz" that was not high end when it was purchased years ago.

dell currently treats "XPS" as high end, but is steering away from that rep.
