Battery life on 9300

Hey guys, I am in the market for a 9300 and have a few questions...The one I am pricing now at Dell is a Pentium M 2.0 GHZ with the 256mb NVidia. Will I notice a big difference in battery life if I get the ATI 128 mb? I won't be doing much gaming at all on the thing but if the battery life won't be affected much I may just future proof myself for it...Also, what is the estimated battery life when not gaming, basically just surfing the net???

What about video encoding, does the Pentium M have any trouble doing such things??? Thanks in advance guys.

The PM's one weakness is encoding. It rips at everything else.

Not sure on batterly life on the ATI vs GF 6800.

On another note I am wondering when running in low power mode of a 6800 with the 7800GTX how much shorter will the battery life be since I know the 7800 scores the same as the 6800NU in 3DMark05. I have heard the XPS G2 has a much shorter battery life then the 9300 and I assume the 6800 Ultra and 7800GTX must be the reason why. Is that true and how much less life can be expected?
