5150 rebooting after SP2 install

Last night i put on SP2 and afterwards my PC wouldnt get online with a wired connection or wireless. I was able to ping yahoo and I had a valid IP but no coonection outside. This morning the PC is rebooting over and over and will not let me get into safe mode to try a restore. Lastnight when i tried a restore the only option availaible was with the SP2 update.

Any suggestions or ideas to what I may need to do to get my baby working again?

Ok I was able to do a repair wtih an XP cd but it wont let me connect to the web even tho I can ping and I show connected. Any idea what SP2 is interfering with? Does this sound like a drivers issue.
