Hornet, why would you call those people sore losers?Hornet, why would you call those people sore losers? Most of them have spent well over 3,000 dollars, a good number of them kids who worked all summer for an Alienware computer and were done wrong, now according to you they are just sore losers?
None of them should have been a loser, each of them should have received first class service and systems, they did after all pay a first class price.
By the way its not my fourm, I only stumbled upon it after I had already canceled my order after entering into the third month and still not even getting my system into production.
I do wish I had found that site before hand, I would have never made the order in the first place.
I even bought some items that I don't need now that the Alienware system did not come with, that the Gateway does come with, so I guess it still cost me little bit of money just ordering the Alienware.
But you should not call people losers just because Alienware dropped the ball and they ended up paying the price for it, you should be working to make sure Alienware turns things around and pray it does not happen to you.
