Afraid of Alienware

Surprised Alienware has any customers after reading this review. To all of you wanting an Alienware, be careful what you wish for:

that sounds like no fun at all.
strange thou. i´ve had very nice experience both with customer support and tech support (and sales also). the tech support guy actually calls me every now and then and tells me that they are still trying to figure out what is wrong. and whats more, he actually seems really interested in my problem and he asks revelant questions. and that is the first time in my life that tech support is doing something right...
trouble may befall you no matter where you order from, and as with all companies, alienware have unhappy customers... but before being afraid of them you will want to ask yourself if there is any other computercompany that you really trust.

this is rediculous, that didnt happen. The story is bloated and full of misinterpretations.

-Ps. theres only 7 registered users for their forums....if alienware was a piece of crap company, why do only 7 people seem to know about it?

Gee maybe you need to learn how to read!

There are OVER 200 reviews of systems with problems on that site.

And to think you have to stumble upon it to find it, I bet the reviews would be in the thousands if it was a site that was published and easy to find.

BTW sonic, http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1650.html that is linked right off of your beware site has 375 reviews...with a rating of 7.95. If you look through some of the dissatisfied reviews, AW actually responded to them with offers to do what they can. Id like to see Dell try and have that level of concern about customer service.

Now Mechanic, lets not get personal with the poor guy.

He doesn't like Alienware, we all get that. He wants everyone else to hate Alienware with him, we all get that too.

I enjoy liking Alienware because I know it gets under his skin. Plus, repsonding to his wacky posts is really upping my post count!
