I've learnt something today.....
Dell US Tech Support = USELESS
Dell AUS Tech Support = GREAT
My question to dell was.
If I buy a XPS Gen2 from the US (getting it shipped over VIA family)
And say i have a hardware issue in 3 months time
And i need a new......... Casing
Will Dell Australia be able to ship that out to me.. Or will it have to be shipped from the US (as they dont not sell the XPS gen2 in Australia)
As for Dell Support Australia. They get to the point and dignose the problem quickly.. and ship the part out to you with in 1 day!!!!
or 2 days if u want a dell tech to come install it..

My 9100 has been overheating for along time.. Now they are replacing my 9100 with a 9300.. Almost no questions asked.. And when i had a cry about the x300 going to be put in there.. they said they would put the 6800go in there.
You cant get much better than that.... Go Dell (Australia :P)
And As for Dell US
