they had to do it in three payments as my debit card had a daily limit, plus my bank had me verify the first payment. not alienwares fault and since i rarelly have gone to even the 500 mark on my debit card let alone using it for a 4500 purchase, So it did catch me a little off guard, but better safe then sorry so no complaints
