AFAIK, the non-CCC regular control panel is no longer offered as a seperate download beginning with this Catalyst 5.12 release...

I tried to change my settings from performance to quality and when I tried to run games, some weird things came up on the screen, like cubes and rectangles. But it could also have been some conflict with atis tray tools, cause I had put AI high and then uninstalled ati tray tools keeping all the registry settings.
