An even better choice would be to run the Microsoft Keyboard and other devices with the built in Bluetooth and not use the dongle.
I would begin without installing any additional software for the keyboard. Just "add" it and run on existing HID drivers.
There may be features with the keyboard that will require installation of that software,
when it reaches the point of "insert your dongle" just turn on your built in Bluetooth.
Now in this case, watch out for its removal of your Dell ALPS Touchpad Drivers and just reinstall them when finished.
Your TM350 built in Bluetooth should have no trouble operating five to seven different Bluetooth Devices at the same time.
Do not know if it would be possible to run it AND the USB dongle, but it should perform as well or better than the dongle.
