250 gig is fat ass? LOL.
You have watercooling on that rig of yours?
Let's compare benchies (after I get back from my series of upcoming trips, and after I replace my 6800 Ultras).

oh and i wouldnt be to worried about waiting for shipping once your machine gets there the pain just all goes away lol.........

Beavis not everyone spends 4-6k on a alienware sorry bud, i build all my own desktops. 250 was high 2 years ago when i purchased the drive. Do I have to talk about my external 400 to be somewhat impressive to you as if i would care about your opinion of the size of my drive? I don't need Alienware to build me a machine for some outrageous price. You can obtain the same exact configurations building a desktop on your own if you got a clue how to config them correctly. As for water cooling. that my sir, is the one thing I'm working on in the desktop besides 2 512 7800's to replace the 6800's. Laptop is for my internship at EA so I don't have to attempt to lug this heavy pos back nd forth. Maybe meager attempts to insult people on a forum and braggin about spending probably your past 5 years savings on a Alienware get's you off sir, but seriously who gives a shit?

Sorry for the doubling posting but beavis needs to be put in check at some point, Alienware lost 2 sales to me in the past 2 weeks cause they can't take care of the customers without lacking respect. Anyhoo...back to the question about the tracking number. I didn't recieve any emails , nor does the Hypersonic site show any clue of a tracking number. It just says shipped.

from that point, its out of their hands. ups has it. if you call up, they will tell you the tracking #. both are very reliable companies.(especially hypersonic )

That's very weird though. Whenever I've ordered online from many different companies that use UPS, they tell you what the tracking information is. I've never had to call UPS to find a package. Simply take the information the vendor gives you and go to the UPS website and track it. Guess Hypersonic makes ya do the footwork eh?

Just speaking of my own experience with Hypersonic everything went great. When I called for status they were polite and got me info ASAP. When it shipped the tracking numbers were posted and I was able to track it all the way to my front door when it got there the next day.

I had originally purchased 2 day shipping but they found a flaw in my notebook lid and it got delayed over the weekend while they got a new lid. For the extra wait they gave me a free upgrade to overnight shipping. That is A+ customer service as far as I am concerned and I would be happy to tell anyone about them based on what I have seen.

I have found that the website is slow at updating the status. This has been my experience from the last three systems (including the one I have now). I had received an email response that it was shipped and the site took a bit longer to update. So always keep this in mind (for future readers).

As for the tracking number, once the tracking number is received, it is on your order status (click on your order number). There should be a tracking number added to that area (lower section of the order information at the top). I believe it is a URL as well to check the status. If it is not there, I am sure customer service can fill you in.

Congrats and good luck!

Battlefield 2 on the CX7 this morning. Fully maxed and in the middle of a fierce firefight on the Dalien Plant map there wasn't a skip. This thing is quick!
Just checked on that tracking info. It was sent last night. Having CS send it right out again.
im on the phone with Allison right now and i had recieved no tracking info either by email nor via the website. Truthfully i never recieved an email confirmation stating it was shipped. Its just the actual website saying it was shipped.
yay finally...

Your order number ***** has been shipped. The tracking number is
(******)
You can track your order at:

Your system was a phenomenal performer in our benchmarks. Thanks for
choosing HyperSonic and enjoy the ride.

I try to +1 without making it obvious. How am I doing?
Your'e doing great....btw Allison is a major asset to your company bud. She has done nothing but been 100% helpful in everything during this process. At least from the customers point of view she's by far one of the best CS reps I've ever dealt with.

Oh and hey, your'e right up there with her man....thanks for all the help.
Oh and sorry for the multipostings and trolling but I do think apologies for my tude towards Beavis is in order....I was very uptight last night sir. Just hate when people get cocky on forums and I may have read more into what you posted. I do have a few questions about 3dmark05 though. Im running tons of uneeded stuff on this PC, and I know that hinders this alot. My score was just shy of 10k at 9987. Anyone know which programs I need to keep running as a bare bone to be safe, and also keep my access to online gaming? I've checked out the Blackviper site and done all his tweeks, but when I'm done, I have no connection to the internet whatsoever, so I'm pretty sure he has everyone turning off all comms. Any suggestions would be appreciated cause I've looked at similar rigs on the 3dmark forums that seem to blow my score away, hell even lesser systems have a higher score and I can't figure why.
Detox turn off stuff like Norton (you should not have it on your rig anyways).

And don't worry about stepping on my toes. We all went thru detox at one time or another.
One other thing Detox. I built my last two rigs before buying an Alienware and just built a rig for my wife. I basically have rebuilt my AW ALX from from the ground up. We have more in common buddy. I was just giving u shit for fun. Check out my last DIY rig which has AMD X2 4800, single Geforce 7800 GTX (256 meg), 500 meg hard drive, 2 gigs ram, watercooled of course and Thermaltake Armor case:
