Why do my benchmarks stink?

This is on a brand new 5150, why do these stink? is it because my resolution is 1600 x 1200?


3DMark 931


Game Tests
GT1 - Wings of Fury 70.3 fps

GT2 - Battle of Proxycon 3.8 fps

GT3 - Troll's Lair 3.5 fps

GT4 - Mother Nature 3.0 fps



CPU Tests
CPU Test 1 57.1 fps

CPU Test 2 9.7 fps



Feature Tests
Fill Rate (Single-Texturing) 592.7 MTexels/s

Fill Rate (Multi-Texturing) 569.7 MTexels/s

Vertex Shader 2.8 fps

Pixel Shader 2.0 3.2 fps

Ragtroll 3.3 fps

They stink b/c 5150 is not for extreme gaming and that is what 3DMark measures. It is also b/c it is set to 1600x1200 most posted scores are at 1024x768.

My desktop 9800XT 256mb cant even do well at 1600x1200 on 3dmark 03, so i wouldnt push that little Nvidia card(thats what you have right?) to try to do that.

well come on dont rely on a stupid benchmarks, i have a dell 5100 and counter-strike and Medal of honor are running like a charm and it even beats a desktop so dont worry
