I see you had originally ordered the ultra then switched to a 7800 a month later (post wise). Bummer man! I wouldn't be surprised if they want you to send the machine back to them tho.

Trust me, I won't be sending it back without a fight. They delayed me for over two weeks so they could get that 7800 go GTX shipped in from the states, and then delayed me again for getting a part they said they had but didnt really have get shipped in. You'd think the two week delay would have made them realise that this system needed something different, and how does a supposedly extremely thorough inspection brush over the fact that THE WRONG PART IS INSTALLED, I have allready struggled to get some serious school assesments done because alienware was so behind in the delivery of the system in the first place, im not missing any more due to the lack of communication between a supposedly "high performance machine" company (thats what it says on the box). I really should demand they send me the 7800 straight away for me to install. (I even paid for the 3 year warranty, and I still dont get the right part.) This has been a day of seriously mixed emotions.

I hear ya, I'd be upset if I hadn't received what I had ordered; however, I certainly wouldn't blame my school assignments not getting done on it.

Turns out they will send out the card and talk me through it on the phone, which is cool
