Ferrari Scam On Ebay

Hi everyone please be warned that Acer Ferrari's seem to be a favourite bait for scammers on Ebay ....somebody tried it on me 3 months ago with a 3400 as bait at £ 530.00 but i didnt buy and he got really nasty .......but this time i have just lost £ 985.98 on a new 4005 ....BE VERY CAREFUL !!

but are you sure that he haven't send the notebook ti you? It sounds very strange. the offer seemed to be valid, as I told you in PM!

No WLF I have now heard from 4 more people all saying the same ...3 ferraris and 1 dell ...looks like its going to be a police issue any time now ......as i said in PM the ebayer who left the positive feedback told me after i had paid that his account was hacked to leave that feedback and he's never brought a notebook

I really don't know what to say! this is unbelievable! the way they've hacked another account to give the feedback.

Well, I'm still waiting on my 3400lmi.

The guy claims it's on it's way. But he's a real jerk. Don't want to ruffle any feathers before I get it. But I'm not so sure I'm gonna give him good feedback.

Well, it's been 9 business days (11 actual days) since I paid for my "Ferrari 3400" that I won in an auction on Ebay.

So far... there's no laptop and no tracking number, though the guy claims he sent it via UPS and I've asked him several times for the tracking info. Doesn't UPS always give you tracking info.

Anyway, If I don't get anything by Tuesday of next week I suppose I'm gonna have to file a claim. I haven't desided whether to use PayPal and Ebay or to just go straight to my Visa card company and file the claim with them.

This sucks so much! Now I may have to change my Avatar!

I'm very sad now!!! I was so hoping to get that Ferrari!!!

behome2nite is a scammer!

No Ferrari ever showed up!

No Tracking number was ever sent!

I've just filed a claim with Paypal. Next I will file with Visa.

I hope they get that B@ST%RD!!!
