Hay Guys, I just got my Quake 4, I installed it, and set details to High + all advanced options on + AAX2 + 1024x... it play smoooooothly!!! this is also with CAT 5.11 and all the BG applications (AntiV+anyDVD and all the blah blah that I have), the Ferrari started to throw hot air for sure, didn't really hear noise cause I had headphones , but the performance was COOOOOOOOOOOOL, now I only played for like 10 min.

Just wanted to share with people have (want to) F4005

Well its only the "optimized engine of the game" and not the book. If programmers would spend more time in optimize code instead makin noseshairs visible on charakters - games would be running much smoother at all

I think that all that buy an Acer specially an 1694 or an Ferrari know that they dont bought an gamerbook... If u want fps go get an Alienware or Sager the gettin out twice as much 3Dmarks....

THe Programmers could be taking a risk of optimizing hte code some more, for example it may not run on a older based cpu, or other hardware.

I went to Alienware alright, and got the Ferrari....The Alienware notebook I spec'd out was nearly twice the price of the Ferrari....that's really the great thing about the Ferrari, especially with it's gorgeous high res screen.
