Adding respawn can delay your order, as your machine has to be pulled out of line, and sent to the room they burn the respawn discs. Your machine is inserted at the end of the line waiting for that service.

You might find yourself in need of some help on this forum, what do you think the people who own AW rigs, without issues, will do if you ask for some help, and sooner or later, you'll need info on bios, driver updates etc......the majority of us have owned more than one AW, have no complaints and do not appreciate people with trivial issues, begining your post history here with petty complaints about AW...bashing AW will not get you very far around here...but you will be gone soon anyway

In all honesty, I doubt he called seven times and got a different answer every time...but it looks good in a thread that is meant to bash AW for whatever his reason is....I find it very very hard to believe that story, plain and simple and I say that based upon my experience...and I never had a hard time understanding what anyone at AW was saying to me or did I ever think they were "F*in retarted"....but who knows what he was trying to say, he cannot even spell or find spell check...

I am sure he appreciates your support in this issue, so why don't you tell us all what the reason for his call was? He seems to have some difficulty doing that himself......

You guys dont want to believe me fine.....Im tellin you the truth but I guess mike and hammerhead are naive to think that anything could be wrong with AW customer support. Im sure kissing AW's ass is gunna get you real far in life. Bottom line I had a complaint (like alot of other people I read on here) and you guys chose to jump down my throat about it. Whether I went about it the right way or the wrong way it was my way. 7 different answers pissed me off but when I had trouble understanding those ****s it made it that much worse. As far as im concerend AW gets a F so far in everything. It's my opinion and I really dont give a shit what some computer nerds gotta say about it.

Like I said its really not about the ship date I can deal with waiting for a good product. So long as the product is good, Im startin to have my doubts from everything I read on here then my own issues with customer service.
