Rereading your posts, I think I understand what your issue is with AW. You're P.O.'d becuase they're advertising that the system will ship by XMas. However, you have been given a ship date in January and you aren't seeing your rig go through the phases in a manner that's quick enough to get it to you in the time you were expecting - either XMas or Jan. XX. Is that correct?
I think there are two issues to think about here. 1) Most likely, only stock systems (do they make an off the shelf stock system?) would be ready to ship by XMas I would think. 2) You did change your order to add the respawn and is that change affecting your build process/ship date?
I think AW customer service should be able to answer those questions. Regardless of that and how well they handle that, I think what this whole thing boils down to is you want your rig as quickly as possible. (Like we all do.)
All I can tell you is to be as patient as you can. If they miss the ship date they gave you when you placed your order, regardless of the advertising on the site, then you can raise a stink.
If you thought that the system would ship by XMas and the build time they gave you didn't jive with that, I would have called them to find out why and what systems were available to arrive by the 25th.
