Sitting here looking out the window every 3 seconds until the UPS guy gets here... NOOOOOOO! A fedex truck just pulled up....Did they send that truck to torture me? It isnt possible for it to be on there..HES BRINGING SOMETHING TO MY DOOR, It came in two boxes, but it could be for the carpenter tha's making handrails for our house.

Damn I hope it comes soon, Ill be posting a review on my 5680 when (if) it comes today

WTF! I swear they are trying to torture me now. TWO more fedex trucks sssloooowwwwwwwlllyyyy drove around my neighborhood just now...

I recommend you look at it like I look at it. My 5680 isn't coming until its coming. I've been waiting since the 1st for mine, and I dont expect to see it until the new year. Do yourself a favor and find something to occupy your time while you wait for it to arrive. Here's some help...
1. Ride a bike
2. Eat a sandwich
3. Make a sandwich
4. Drink beer
5. Drink a soda
6. Jog
7. No I take that back
8. Watch TV
9. Watch a lot of TV
10. Eat a sandwich.... again

A UPS TRUCK JUST WENT BY!

They probably didnt see the house number...Im gonna go flag them down!!!!!!!

EDIT: they didnt come back yet(my street is a big circle that leads back out to the main road)....and yes, you can call me crazy.

They probably went to deliver other stuff...Theres no sign of the big gas guzzling brown laptop-mobile. Why wouldnt they come back?

Actually I just got the tracking number like a few mins ago, i got 2nd day air. Ill go check

:EDIT: Hmm, it says its scheduled to deliver tomorrow and is "In Transit" now. It was departing from Texas at 12am yesterday. It was SUPPOSED to arrive today, was clear with the reseller to ship it out to get here on monday. Ill see what turns up

I bet it WAS on that truck, but they saw the "deliver date" which was the 23rd for some reason and are now going to drive in circles with it until tommorrow. I hate UPS....

No, they willnot load up a truck unless it is schedualed for that day. They actually know what they put on the delivery trucks. Since it says in-transit, it is still in a Semi somewhere, waiting to be offloaded to a delevery plant..

Oh, i didnt think they were that smart, since they are UPS..

I think 12PM central time in Texas yesterdy to today, 1PM eastern time in Massachusetts is well over enough for them to fly it over and get it to a dropoff to be delivered.

Yeah.. you would think that (as would i)... but this IS UPS... it takes them 4 days to get to New Mexico from California (while fedex takes two). UPS is pathetic really....

I just called UPS and told them you were out of town until after the first of the year. They said they would flag it to be delivered by the 5th of January!!

sf454, UPS was driving yellow Ryder trucks today. He stopped and dropped off my Sager 5680 at the end of my gravel road. The driver stated that they’re using all resources to insure deliveries.

Ok, Tracking number says it left Hartford Connecticut exactly an hour ago. Thats like a 40 minute drive from my town in Massachusetts. I guess they arent THAT bad if they can get it to the east coast before the deliver date, lol
