HELP PLEASE - Is a keyboard cable repairable?

I've broken the keyboard cable on an IBM Thinkpad, can anyone please help me with how I can repair it please.

You should probably be posting in the support forum, buuuut...

You might, and I stress MIGHT, be able to bridge the traces on the cable with some kind of conductive pen. Failing that, you're kinda screwed.

Go to http://www.hackaday.com and look at the laptop hacks. There's one about a guy who revives a laptop keyboard with broken traces on the cable.
