Hey

I read somewhere about the low soundoutput, well I agree. But when I uninstalled reakteak sounddriver, winxp found some of its own and now the sound output is high and acceptable.

You probably just needed to adjust the equalizer settings with the realtek drivers/software.
However, if you think the XP drivers are sufficient, go ahead and keep them

Well I didnt thougt about that, I guess it work to amplify it. But with the WinXP drivers the sound is high enough without any amplifing modification. =)

niding do as AuroraS says and try out the realtek drivers. Get the latest ones and check the equalizer to on and then set it to POWERFUL mode.

Sounds pretty good to my ears, although I will try your method to see if it sounds better.

Cheers,
Mike
