toshiba satellite L25-s119 RAM upgrade guide

Here is the situation, my friend is in the Army and is currently located in Colorado and he wants to play World of Warcraft. Unfortunately, his toshiba satellite L25-s119 has only 256mb of RAM, i wonder if there is a guide with pictures to show him how to upgrade RAM. I'm hoping to get this done as fast as possible so he can play, his unit will go over to Iraq this February or so. Thanks.

Has he ever replaced memory in a laptop before.
If not, he must be absolutely sure he does not touch the gold contacts on the memory stick. Hold it by the narrow ends. (I use latex surgical type gloves it keeps the oil from your hands off parts)
The memory stick goes in at an angle as shown. Make sure its pushed in while at an angle to seat. In the memory bay, there is a holding clip on each end which will hold the stick in. Spread them apart slightly then let them go once the stick is pressed down flat and the clips will slide over the stick and keep it secure
