I got the email from dell that it had some issues with the CC, then i called the CC and they just put it on hold to know if i was really buying that, but before that, i emailed on the cancellation Email to know why it was blocked and for another issue about my "Complete Care" warranty. I never told them to Cancel my Order whatsoever.
Will my Order will be cancelled because of that? did i made a mistake by sending a email there? will they read it or just look at the email and cancel it?should i call their 1-800 number and check if they did cancel it? (im not a EPP and i dont know if it accepted a code i put soo i want to skip any comunication by phone). =\
