I filed a paypal complaint with him on the 23rd. Still no response from him. If he doesn't reply in 10 days from the dispute (23rd) I get my money back.

If there is any money in his account to get back....

UPDATE!!

Quote:
We have decided in your favor, and as a result, have attempted to recover
funds from the seller.
The maximum amount we were able to recover was $37.49 USD. This amount has
been credited to your PayPal account. Please allow up to five business days
for this adjustment to be reflected in your PayPal account.

Made my complaint on the 23rd. The seller never contacted PayPal and I got my money back. Guys, make sure you file a complaint because it seems like this loser seller isn't responding to the complaints.
